Island Residence Club at Radisson SAS Golden Sands Resort and Spa

Check in/out is Tuesday & Friday.

The seasons are basically as follows:
Bronze: January, first 3 weeks of February and December (weeks 1 to 8 and weeks 49 to 53)
Silver: last week in February, March 1st 2 weeks in April, and last 3 weeks in November (weeks 9 to 15 and weeks 46 to 48)
Gold: Latter 2 weeks in April, May, 1st week in June and October and 1st week in November (weeks 16 to 23 and weeks 40 to 45)
Platinum: last week in June to end of September (weeks 24 to 39)

2010 Maintenance fees: Studio is €384, I bedroom €481, 1 bedroom deluxe is €529, 2 bedroom €578, 3 bedroom €673, 4 bedroom €865

I just paid my 2011 maintenance fee at Gaslamp Plaza Suites today. It was $557 for the year. Last year it was $536. Property tax is billed separately by San Diego county and is $27 for the year.

Points conversion to Maintenance Fees (rate/fees)

Any idea on 2011 point conversion rates for maintenance fee dollars for US Brands? Understand some are <5 cents per point. Is a fee associated with transaction?

Also this year we were sent an ADDITIONAL assessment for $300.00 after the initial billing. $150.00 per owner because the bank called the loan and another $150.00 for "upgrades" to the units.
