Who has the Highest Maintenance Fees and Cost for Buying A Week?

I stayed at The Manhatten Club 2 weeks ago. The Maintenance fees were very high as was the cost to buying a week. $2300 per week MF was the quote. I did not have all of the details on what was the cost for each size unit and the maintenance fees for each unit.

How about listing your highest Cost of a Week and Maintenance fee for 2010 for any unit you own?

My highest cost to buy was at KBC in 2001 (then the Embassy on Maui) for odd years at $11,900. I will list the MF on this post when I know the 2010 MF.

Manhattan Club Penthouse suites new years, Paid $48,500 four years ago
paid MFS this sept. of $2,386
and this is Just a One bedroom

I checked rentals for the Manhattan Club and found many at far less than the M/F.

WOW is right, But the Penthouse suite is still my favorite timeshare that I own, You dont see them for exchange or rent that often or for resale, I own both, the regular Manhattan Club sucks, would love to get rid of them and get another Penthouse suite
