    I stayed here some 12 years ago and we enjoyed it and found it up to date back then. From your review it does not seen they kept up with the place. I hope they fix the place up to where it was back then.

      Frank,
      I saw some pictures online that do not look like the unit we stayed in so it just might be that we were unlucky enough to get a non updated unit.
      The pics online had granite counter tops and newer bath vanities and fixtures which we definetely did not have so if you go, don't take unit 48.

        :scissors This what happpens when people rentTimeshares yOuwould b ebetter off ina nice snazzy Marriot or Hyatt The cAPEis older but I would imagin there are some beautiul B&B'S Tbe to be found as well as lovely hotels Most motles and Ts on Cape Cod are old Cape cod Holiday Estates is a Gold Crown resort i LOVE IT jhmo Rose

          RCI gives it a silver rating not gold.
          I'd call it a regular resort until they renovate it completely.
          At least it's not an old converted motel like alot of the rest of the cape
          but it certainly could use some sprucing up.
