Nicely updated nautical themed resort with all the comforts of home. Nice mid-cape location. You'll need a car. Resort staff very accomodating. Good value.

Jimmy - I own there too & serve on the BOD. How do you like the latest upgrades? The last of the townhouses - the ones around the indoor pool - are getting done this fall. I really like the way it came out.

I think the whole place looks fantastic. Like's it's brand new. The color scheme and furniture are beautiful.

The resort also had daily housekeeping which was a surprise.

Not sure if it's just offered on rentals but I was surprised to see it.

Yes this resort is like a brand new resort.

You'll be near the middle of the east wing - roughly half way between the entrance doorways (the only bad part of the unit - its a hike no matter which entrance you use) second floor, overlooks the tennis courts/outdoor pool area. Use the entrance closest to the Recreation building (I think it's "F").

As far as I know access is granted based on post counts so get busy! (I'm not completely familiar with the operation here despite my moderator status so if I'm wrong on that hopefully someone will jump in & help).

When in July?

I own Week 26, which is 7/1-7/8 this year. I am right down the hall. Unit 522. Will you be there during this week?

Oh..and for a tip.. bring bikes. You are about a mile from the beach at this point so it's an easy bike ride. Cape in July = crazy traffic and not having to drive/park at the beach = awesome!

At First I wasnt so happy with Sunday arrival, but now I am... I think i will head up Monday Morning hoping theres less traffic...

I think you will face more traffic leaving the Cape that weekend then arriving. Our week starts on a Friday (The Cove has Friday and Sunday check-ins). We will leave the house around 9PM. Takes us about 1.5 hours to get there with no traffic, and though I expect some traffic.. arriving late is a good way to do it too.

There are a bunch of places to rent bikes there. Just give it a google.
