How us the resort transportation? Does it run often or an a schedule?
I drove so really didn't pay much attention to the buses but did see them regularly right outside tower 6. If you have a Presidential unit then you'll be in tower 6. It's right next to the building with the lazy river, tower 5.
I have a Bonnet Creek 2 bedroom unit confirmed for October 22 thru October 29, 2011 during the Disney Food and Wine Festival. I ended up needing to get a 3 bedroom and will be canceling this unit if anyone wants to do a cancel and catch let me know and we can make a 3 ways phone call with RCI to do it.
It took 12 TPU to get it back when I confirmed it; I don't know how much it would be now since there are none available.

Oh too bad. I need the 14th instead the week before.
Back from another stay at my now favorite place to stay off site when visiting Disney.
So what's new?
Well since I last did this review Bonnet Creek has added a luxury hotel next door to Tower 6. It's called "The Grand". We went to see the rooms and they're nice but just regular hotel rooms and really can't compare to the timeshare units, especially the Presidential units. They have their own bus to the hotel from Disney but if you're staying at the timeshare you can still use the bus. There is also a new restaurant and spa at the hotel. We didn't try it out but it looked good. Maybe next time.
The hotel also has it's own pool which was not heated.
It seems to be a good choice to use your RCI rewards points if you need a day or two before a Bonnet Creek stay. They said the rates start at $150 a night.
Very pretty rooms...When I went in 2010 to get my rental car the gentlemen asked me where I was staying. I told him Star Island. He said Oh that is beautiful we have been there. If you get a chance go to Bonnet Creek. The pictures are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
Great photos.. But I clicked on the review link and it showed an error
"The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
This happened on another review post as well
Yeah that happens because when you move your photos in photobucket the address changes.
Not sure why that happens cause I use another photo hosting site and can move the pictures without that happening but whateverrrr.
Sorry about that.
