Traded a 1br Polo Towers Villla unit for a 3br Townhouse in the Sea Pines Resort. The unit was dated but that was fine, the kitchen pans and cooking utensils were in pretty bad shape but that seems to be the norm, the part we really had a problem with was how dirty it was. Our feet were black after five minutes inside the unit. On the night before checkout I was looking under the beds and found a dirty tampon. There was also blood on the sheet for that bed. Our son was in a crib so we never actually used the bed.
The area was fantastic as always and I will continue to return but most likely not with this group of units.
