Pono Kai

What unit were you in? We spent two weeks over Christmas last year in 209. Have you eaten breakfast at Ono's? It is our favorite with Hawaiian banana pancakes and their homemade coconut syrup

Yes,but we seldom eat out for breakfast, and they aren't open for dinner.

With the great barbeques so close, I tend to cook most of the meals that we eat in suite.

And with the fresh local produce from the farmers markets, we love to make smoothies.

Kauai Pasta is one of our new favorites. You can eat in, or take out. It is so hard to beat the view from the ocean front units at the Pono Kai.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai even though we only had a partial oceanview from building E second floor.

I look forward to seeing photos of the refurbished units. That work was "in progress" when we were there.

What I would do is place a classified ad for either rental or direct exchanage of your unit. Then, put a link to this thread for the reviews and pictures.

It was a great unit.
