Second time here. Not fancy but quite charming in an authentic Caribbean way. If you want the glitz and American feeling of Aruba or Cancun don't come here, but if you want a real island vacation this is the place.

Thank you for posting this. Our long time babysitter is from Tobago and is always trying to get us to visit. She knows this place and recommended it.

We really enjoy Tobaogo more than any other island we've visited but it's not for everyone. It's not easy to get to and if you're a fussy eater it's difficult to find American style food. In fact, most restaurants only offer you a choice of fish, pork, goat or chicken prepared however they are doing it with whatever sides they have that day. If you want to immerse yourself in a real island experience give it a try.
