Nice resort located outside of town. Silver Dollar City Traffic can be a major issue. Very good resort if you're a golfer.

Thanks for your candor regarding families with young kids. My parents have been wanting to do a big family trip to Branson for years and I hope to find a resort with enough activities/ammenities to occupy the kids while we do old people stuff.

There are many fine resorts in Branson for large family get togethers with kids. If you want out of town and exchange with RCI, Silver Leaf's Holliday Hills might be a good choice but, we've only stayed in their presidential suites so I can't comment on their standard units. Marriott's Horizon's resort is in town and has excellent pools and a good activities program for kids. It would probably be my first choice of "town" resorts for Branson if I had young children.
