Following is an overview of the review that was added:

Overview - This vacation was very unique and special in its own way. Each area of this country has its own beautiful characteristics, and something very new and different can be found around every corner. The Black Hills area of South Dakota has more than its share of this beauty. There was so much to see and do in this area, you could spend several weeks, and not repeat yourself. Even though there’s so much more to see in this country, given the chance, I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to go back here.

Keep in mind not all units have air conditioning. We had a 3 bedroom unit and
even in August it gets hot even in South Dakota. I think about half the units are air conditioning.

I had called the resort directly a few months before we went, and asked them that if by chance the unit assigned to us wasn't air conditioned, if there was one available, could we be switched?? Was told not a problem, and it was taken care of.

I have an ongoing search forthis resort for next May and june (when my week expires). I wonder if I have any change of getting it?

How long have you had the search on for ?? We found nothing for a long time after we deposited, but after about 6 months of waiting, finally made the exchange almost a year out. I have made most of my exchanges on Sunday mornings, (after the weekly maintenance). Good luck!!

I guess i started the search about 9 months out. I take it you called in addition to having an ongoing search. i could use anothr week and search for the rest of the summer and the following summer too.
I hate to tie myself up so far in advance.
I have the search in for next June, I am in charge of a golf outing for the community that month, in charge of couples golf which will meet three times that month, on the committee in charge of our first ladies invitational, and in charge of the community picnic in july. so it really would help to know a little in advance so i can off load some of these duties.

I really hate to call in ~~ ~~ they turn on the pressure and won't even answer a simple question. I do most of the searching myself on line. As I mentioned before, I'm not sure if here or elsewhere, most of my exchanges have been made on Sunday morning ~ after their weekly maintenance. I just used a week I had, and found 2 units available ~ don't know if they'll work for you ...

I see this one in May/June/September. Rarely summer months but they pop up. If you really want it I will expand my normal search for the area. I usually only check mid-june thru August.

and Yes Sunday is RCI exchange day.

I can only go last half of May til first week of October as that is when we are in wisconsin. I would gladly go in late May, June or September, have too much to do most of the summer.
