Sounds like a lovely week. Can you comment on what's happening with construction on the beach near the Grand (with the new Seaside buildings?).

Construction

The last I heard they had not started on the building at all....no foundation or anything....just a fenced off area where the 2nd building will be. We own two weeks there so we try to stay up on all the developments.

Seven mile Beach: Beaches, high end restaurants and hotels.It was great getting back to Morritts after a day in town!

There was no construction going on. No signs of anything starting in the near future.

Next door at the Reef though, they were building fractional shares 1/4,1/2 starting at 159,900, so the sign stated.

Nice review - looking forward to my first visit in 2009....sound like bringing our rolling cooler woill be a good idea.
