Following is an overview of the review that was added:

Hammocks - a great little inn from which to explore the Florida Keys. Insist upon a room with a view of the water. Be aware - no wifi and its not easy to come by. Just south of 20 mile bridge, 1 hour to Key West. Unhurried, relaxed, no worries.

marathon

we stayed at marathon in jan 08 i agree ask for room with view we did not have this but it didnt matter to us the resort was friendly the tiki bar was super we would go back without a doubt :

Staying in a TS in marathon is the one place I desperately want to go to. Well eventually Europe but not for another couple of years did kids get a little older. But I drove from FLL to Key West and back in one day many years ago and am dying to actually spend some time in the Keys. They never seem to come up in RCI, so I think one of these days I am going to have to suck it up and actually rent.
