I'm glad you had a good stay. I'm on the HOA of this resort and the membership has just approved a complete refurbishment of all the hard goods at the resort. The beds were just replaced last year and everything else will be replaced next year (carpets, furniture, etc). It'll be really nice for the start of next year's ski season.

We like it because it's just far enough away from all the bars and noise. However, it does mean a little farther walk when you do want to go for a night out.

We really enjoyed our stay there and loved the location. I don't think I'd want to be right in the Village, and as I mentioned in my review we definitely wouldn't want to be staying in Upper Village. Since we're not big on night life we were usually back in the unit right after dinner. In fact younger dd complained when our dinner at Bavaria lasted two hours and we didn't get back until after 9:00 p.m. It would have had nothing to do with her and her sister ordering the three course fondue dinner.
