You will love Villas of Sedona. We stayed there awhile back using owner bonus time from Sedona Springs. We had unit 36, a 2 bedroom unit. I love that there is no one overhead! No elephants stomping above you! PM me if you'd like a resort layout map.

The traffic situation uptown is a nightmare. The stoplights are gone & they have built round abouts. No one knows how to use them so the traffic is always snarled & backed up. We avoided the area & went west to go sight seeing when possible.

If you need groceries, there are 2 stores only a few blocks away. We didn't eat out at all on this trip but have gone to several places on previous trips, none that I would repeat. Katiemack lives there and she can answer any questions you have about the area. She is really helpful.
