There is a special assessment for the next 3 years of $1,200 total - I understand the HOA has taken control of the resort so hopefully the long needed repairs will be done.
My DD and her boy friend are going later this year to unit E .... and I keep saying location location LOCATION

Your pictures are great and the unit does look clean - hopefully the heat/lack of AC will not affect them in the winter.

I would be surprised if they were only $1k. They were very high when I was seriously investigating owning there and that was more than 5 or 6 years ago. A week 47...

Clean I can take. A comfortable bed and clean facilities that work. This is a location destination. I am only looking to sleep here.

So what are the views from unit "E"???

I couldn't get into Unit E but I was able to get into F right next door.
Some of the photos in that shutterfly link are labeled as Unit F and the panoramic view at the top is from Unit F. The view from Unit E would be just as good, if not better. Charlie

I am not seeing any labels on the pictures at Shutterfly just numbers.

If the view from Unit F and the view from E is similar and I will drive down there and give you the biggest KISS!

OK I went thru and read. It looks like pics 7 thru 12 are unit F.

killer views. It is shameful that the place is let go like that...
