Oh yes, Velas is wonderful and very nice.....funny we have been there many times and we never appreciated it as much as this last time and that was in a small unit.....LOL

I wanted to see which resort you're staying for the second week and to read the review also.Thank you for posting even when you're not feeling that well...I was so touched when you said the waiters at Velas treated the beach vendors with some respect unlike the ones at Costa Sur! I always buy something from the beach vendors,they stay under the sun all day long.A resort is only as good as the people that works there and I hope Velas would keep it that way! Thanks Angie...The Velas crew are kind and considerate, have hearts....this is what I am used to in Mexico.....

We have many vendor friends......they work so hard in hot sun....

You hit the nail on the head, resort only as good as poeple who work there...all the way down to the maintenance crew LOL!

Take care Angie....I am better pretty much but have Dr. appt. thursday to be sure nothing else in my system, went to lab today for tests.....think I'll survive!

I certainly will have memories of this last vacation...LOL.
