Nice review. I am sitting here freezing as I write this.

Could you please let us know what the AI pp fee is. We have never been to an AI . Are there swimmable beaches in this area? It seems some areas in parts of Mexico are not.

Yes the beaches are swimmable in PV and NV ( puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta).

The AI fees vary in how you book.....if an owner at their sister resort Club Velas the fees are $120p/p/d, some certificates $150p/p/d. Then thru RCI the rates vary by season or time in Mexico......$165 p/p/d to $200plus per.

This is one of the more pricey AI resorts....
