You mention the outdoor pools were closed. Was the indoor pool open? Was the sauna open? I ask because it is possible the indoor pool and sauna might be undergoing renovation.

The indoor pool and sauna were open for use.

Outside there was a large pool and a hottub that were closed and covered up for the winter. They did have one outdoor hottub open.

One other thing I should have mentioned in the review - they have a game room with a juke box, billiards table, fooze ball, air hockey and misc arcade games. I would say more than half of the games had an out of order sign on them. Not a big deal - I just thought it was interesting how many were not working.

If you are not happy with the way that the housekeeping staff made your bed, you should advise them of this. Our staff placing your blankets on top of our beds in no way makes your blanket dirty, nor are our rooms dirty.

You and I have had extensive conversations in the past about your actions and opinions when you are staying at an InnSeason resort. Please remember that in this instance, you have chosen to stay at one of our InnSeason Resorts as an Interval exchange, this was your choice. If you are not happy with our resorts, you do have the choice to stay elsewhere.

We have also discussed that you are NOT an owner with InnSeason resort, you are a SeaMist owner, you were granted an InnSeason gold card as a courtesy, which allows you the usage of the discounted Bonus Time rates. If you continue in the manner in which you are acting, we will take away the courtesy of Bonus Time from you. This is also something that you and I discussed extensively when last we spoke.

Please also stop sending emails with blankets that you would like the resort to buy. This clutters up our email and also takes us time to look at, time that we could better spend servicing our owners.

Thank for getting my blanket dirty when you lay my clean blanket on yours took all your spare blankets off the bed after i made it the way i like.
