Rum Pointe and Kaibo Beach are located on the "North Side" - it is a 12 mile trip (20-25 minutes) from MTC to Rum Pointe.

Both these areas can be reached by boat from the Seven Mile Beach area.

We did the Red Sail Sports Stingray City Catamaran trip from Rum Pointe and had a fabulous time - we were lucky because the next day the wind REALLY picked up making the trip impossible.

Pat,

You have no idea how relieved I am that you have fallen in love with Grand Cayman Island and Morritts.

I think if we were to poll the TS4Ms membership that this joint resort MTG & MTC would far outrank any other for the most owners.

Yeah the MFs are a little steep but I love going "home".

Did you eat at Portofino? That is my favorite restaurant on the island although they don't do the Foster's Beer ice cream anymore.

We were there with a group of 18 which is not very conducive to 'eating out' - we will try a few restaurants when we return next year - and Portofino is on the list for their Indian Night Tuesdays as well as their regular Italian fare - and they will also pick u up and return u to the resort - a nice perk!

I'm in. We just got back from Morritts and it was truly one of our best vacations to date. We can't wait to go back, and definitely can't wait four years!

Cayman Air from NYC/JFK between $400-530-ish depending on when u book....can be even less at times. Just got an email for $219 RT and kids half off - of course there is $100+ tax.

You can trade thru SFX and then there isn't a 1-in-4.
