I'm at Vero again so am updating this review. Today we did the Character breakfast and it was alot of fun. They had Donald and Goofy and they were a hoot. Got lots of nice pictures which I am going to put on facebook to embarass the kids. Cost $17 per person and kids over 9 pay full price.

They have put in flat screen TV's and DVD's in the studios. The rooms are nicely decorated and look like they've been refurbished recently as this one is pretty nice. Beautiful Roman shades and the couch looks new too.

We ate dinner at Shutters and the service was good but honestly a bit lacking. I never got my water refilled and they got my dinner order wrong but they were nice about it. She did give us a 25% discount coupon for tonight which we will be using. The Character breakfast in Shutters was fun but the service again was a little lacking. The waiter brought us coffee but I had to ask him for cream. Then he brought us waffles and I had to ask for syrup. The place wasn't that busy but you have to ask for anything as they don't anticipate you or maybe they are changing the way they serve to save money. Not sure which it is.

Wi fi is now available and it's free for DVC members or $9.99 a day for non members. Also DVDs are free for DVC and a small charge for non members.

Wave runners are $70 for 1/2 hour (ouch) and you have to be 21 to drive or be riding with someone 21 or olders. Since I wasn't getting on that thing the kids were a little disappointed but it was just too rough for me. $65 for DVC for 1/2 hour.

I think when I return in the future I'd go for an Inn room over the studios as when it is raining you have a long haul to the restaurants. We got soaked last night and its raining again. At least in the Inn rooms you are in the main building where the restaurants are. The beach homes look real nice if you can get one. I've tried to get one for a while and I imagine that the home priority members get those since they are the nicest units here.
