What a shame that they wouldn't put you in the new section. I stayed there last year in October and after complaining about bed bugs they moved us to the new section and it was so worth the move. The room was fantastic but since I bought a Last Call from RCI of course they did put us in the old section first. I think they weren't full so that's why they moved us. Or maybe we just got lucky. Sorry to hear you didn't have a good stay.
