I know there are MFV experts here.

Going down to MFV on 9/25 for a long weekend. I remember someone recommended getting the 3rd floor, What building should I request? Will be a group of 4. Should I request the new building?

As the review suggests, I like the Desert Springs Building as it is directly across from the Spa and outside complex.

Third (top) floor is recommended as the pergo flooring on the kitchen/dinning area can be loud/noisy if you have kids above you. No noise in the bedrooms as these are carpeted and no noise from your next door neighbors. I stayed in this building over New Years - we had 5 units and they were all in good repair.

      ENJOY!

Thanks Pat. Now I remember it was you who had mentioned the 3rd floor due to the pergo.

            Are the outdoor pools heated?
