Another "empty" promise from Property Donation Group?

Depending on the resorts- you may get some "donations" in this manner- as long as you are willing to allow a third party closing agent ensure the transfer is completed properly.

Why did you delete the other posts?

It is obvious now that your site is rigged. We are not the only company that has gotten unfair treatment by your forum either. I found an interesting article from another company about TS4MS I'd like to share NOW that you've deleted a "real" testimony from an actual client. I will change the company and peoples names mentioned and you can PM me if you want to know who they are. TimeshareForums.com is owned, operated and moderated by Kenneth Westervelt of Pennsylvania. He also owns and operates M9Bayonet.com, M7Bayonet.com and RodentSniper.com. He has interests in various other businesses including general weaponry, teddy bear sales and custom candy bar wrappers. He is an opportunist whose diverse interests stem directly from a keen eye for market niches. On Timeshare Forums, he goes by the name of "Big Frank".

Timeshare Forums is a place for consumers to voice questions and opinions about their timeshare experience. As part of these discussions, several clients of "Timeshare Company" posted their experiences with the company and recounted details of how "Timeshare Company" got them out of their timeshare contracts. These clients included a dentist (John Doe) and a reverend (Bill Brown), both professional people in good standing with their communities. They had retained the services of "Timeshare Company" after being persuaded into timeshare contracts through devious and dishonest tactics.

Having achieved the successful release from these fraudulent contracts with the assistance of "Timeshare Company", both parties were pleased to share their experiences in the hopes of helping others who had encountered similar problems with their timeshare companies. However, both the John Doe and Bill Brown were astounded to find that, not only were their comments of praise for "Timeshare Company" not appreciated, but they themselves were harshly accused of being phony posters who worked for "Timeshare Company".

Determined to correct these gross misconceptions, both clients rebutted the accusatory remarks in the hopes of establishing themselves as credible clients with the simple intent of helping others. Once again, they were slammed by the site moderators who bombarded them with another slew of off-handed, derogatory and unfounded comments.

The Dentist and the Reverend contacted "Timeshare Company" Customer Care center to inform them of the unexpected online attacks. "Timeshare Company" decided to investigate and soon uncovered why the supposedly objective moderators, such at "Big Frank", "Bill", "Glitter Brunello", "Tonyg", and "Lawren2" were so reluctant to allow these positive posts. It only takes a brief glance at the site to see how Kenneth Westervelt and his "moderators" are making their money -- paid advertisements from none other than the timeshare companies and timeshare resale companies themselves.

Timeshare Forums is in the business of advertising timeshares for sale under the guise of a discussion board. "Timeshare Company" is in the business of assisting people who have had their consumer rights violated by these very companies, and so the pieces of the puzzle quickly fall into place. To ensure they keep their advertising sales up, "Big Frank" and his team are doing what they can to quell any positive promotion of "Timeshare Company".

The timeshare industry is fraught with barely disguised scams and Timeshare Forums is a perfect manifestation of the latest line of crooks.

So what do you say about that?

I was keeping out and staying neutral until now. YOU came out and tried to bribe me into changing the thread title which I did not do And now you are creating Shill accounts. you lost me being your side and you are about to be banned, Once you are banned you will not be able to come back with any account. If you would have not bribed me and just asked nicely I would have changed the thread title for free. YOU have signle handed showed the light on your own. Bribe

I didn't bribe, I asked nicely. It wasn't right in the first place that the term "SCAM" was allowed to stay as the thread title anyways. It was left by you to further your agenda of downing timeshare companies that aren't on your team. It's also unfair that when others make derogatory remarks toward us and our clients that they dont get in trouble but when we hurt anyone elses feelings we get penalized. We are not ripping anyone off and are disgusted at everyone on this forum that are so quick to slander us with no proof but some guy that was upset because we wouldn't take his business and let him dictate how we do business. We built this program and it works. If people can get rid of their own timeshares then they can go right ahead and do it but we all know it just ain't that easy. And anyone that say's it is well misinformed.

You half wits are calling a real client a shill. That's amusing. But it is not amusing that you treat someone new to TS4MS badly with your name calling and false accusations. We asked her to post and will ask other happy clients to post too from now and there is gonna be alot so get ready! As far as picking on what she did or didn't say, she can say whatever she feels like! Welcome to America! Many timeshares we accept for free and some can't be donated and cost some money to get rid of. I thought you knew that already? I guess you weren't paying attention. If all anyone had was you for help they would be in trouble.
P.S. You're negative comments about our company have only brought us more business and higher search engine rankings, thanks.

Shill - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Shill - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
A shill is person who is paid to help another person or organization to sell goods or services. The shill pretends to have no association with the seller/group and gives onlookers the impression that he or she is an enthusiastic customer. The person or group that hires the shill is using crowd psychology, to encourage other onlookers or audience members (who are unaware of the set-up) to purchase said goods or services. Shills are often employed by confidence artists. The term plant is also used. The term is also used to describe a person who is paid to help a political party or other advocacy organization to gain adherents; as with the situation of selling goods or services, the shill gives the impression of being unrelated to the group in question, and gives the impression that he or she finds merit in the ideological claims of the political party.

Shilling is illegal in many circumstances and in many jurisdictions[1] because of the frequently fraudulent and damaging character of their actions. However, if a shill does not place uninformed parties at a risk of loss, but merely generates "buzz", the shill's actions may be legal. For example, a person planted in an audience to laugh and applaud when desired (see claque), or to participate in on-stage activities as a "random member of the audience", is a type of legal shill.

"Shill" can also be used pejoratively to describe a critic who appears either all-too-eager to heap glowing praise upon mediocre offerings, or who acts as an apologist for glaring flaws. In this sense, they would be an implicit "shill" for the industry at large, possibly because their income is tied to its prosperity. The origin of the term shill is uncertain; it may be an abbreviation of the Yiddish shillaber. The word originally denoted a carnival worker who pretended to be a member of the audience in an attempt to elicit interest in an attraction. Some sources trace the usage only back to 1914.[2][3]

According to the actual definition of "shill" you are absolutely wrong.
That was an actual client that we helped and paid them nothing to write that post. They were happy to write it for free as you can tell by their message. Everyone can see how you treat the consumer now. You accused a nice honest lady of basically being a liar and I am not surprised one bit.

No it is not allowed to have multiple accounts and the system will not let it happen, but I will run it by my mods to see if they want to make an exception.
