I agree that there is more than enough information provided in this thread for a consumer to make an informed decision about dealing with any of the groups mentioned herein.

Hopefully, this conversation has been both enlightening and helpful to those who may read it in the future. It's certainly been entertaining for me!

I never thought I'd find a use for some of those smilies!

      "Cut-outs" Never Have Unhappy Clients

I have noticed that PDG has not yet responded to my post on 1-11 refuting their assertion that IA Vacations and ATC LLC have no dissatisfied customers except for a few impatient people who made BBB complaints. Those complaints, according to PDG, have been resolved but the BBB won't "clear" them because IA Vacations/ATC LLC refuse to pay dues to the BBB.

As I posted last week, that little fairy tale does not explain why ATC LLC is listed on the Buyer Beware List published by the Consumer Affairs Division of the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.

PDG, instead, keeps hammering on how they will pay $100 for any dissatisfied client of PDG anyone can produce. That, of course, will never happen. PDG has no clients. They are a cut-out for IA Vacations and ATC LLC. If you contact them to donate your timeshare, they will send you a sales contract with IA Vacations and a Power of Attorney to ATC LLC. If you sign anything and then have a complaint, it is not with PDG. Your complaint is with IA Vacations or ATC LLC, both of whom have a recent and lengthy complaint history.

IA Vacations/ATC LLC (both owned by Stacy Gillespie in Sevierville, TN) have too much consumer complaint baggage to attract as many suckers as they want to. So, PDG fronts for Gillespie and teflon coats itself from consumer complaints by never signing any documents as PDG. They just pass through the paperwork. All they have to do to stay in business is defend themselves as an innocent service provider aiding charitable causes and occasionally make excuses for Gillespie when someone connects them to him.

      Pretty slick, huh?

        Please Pay Attention

You have an incredibly thick skull Greyman or should I say {name removed and no you shouldn't say}? I will repeat myself AGAIN. The statement I made was that we would pay 100$ for an actual client of "OURS" that was not satisfied with "OUR" service, as in Property Donation Group and not including any other company. You are reaching. Learn to read before you so boldly make your gross accusations. You can continue to embarrass yourself here with your repetitious rhetoric if you like but this is my last chance to try to help you. I've wasted enough time repeating myself over and over. You just don't get it. You're probably still stuck in your worthless timeshare.

I've had dealings with IA Vacations. This was a few years back, so I don’t have the exact info.. so I’ll tell what I remember. I bought a expensive Marriott timeshare approx May, was told it would take 2 months at most. It was over $10K .. I repeatedly asked for escrow account info and updates. I was given some bank info.. but it seemed it wasn’t in licensed escrow. I did have to use his closing company. They were fairly good about keeping me up to date.. Around Aug, I was getting nervous and wondering what was taking so long.. because I had also sold a Marriot in the same city, just a different resort. And it took less than 5 weeks. I was going on 3 months with IA .. I got the run around, they said the deed got lost.. and they had to redo it.. Then a month later.. they said they made a mistake on the deed and had to resend it. Then in Oct, they said it should be recorded anyday.. I checked on the county site daily.. nothing showed up. I demanded my $$ back.. they didn’t even try to talk me out of it.. They made me sign a POA.. because they said it would be in my name and they’d need to redeed it to someone else. I did that, got my $$ back and was happy I was to of it. I did continue to check the county site, my deed never was recorded.
I’m guessing they had a bad seller or problems with the POA from the seller. I was relieved that I got my $$ back, which means they weren’t trying to rip me off. They were also usually pretty quick to always get back to me and keep me informed. I’m not sure I always believed the excuses I got, but at least I didn’t feel abandoned.
I understand what PDG is saying that these “complaints” aren’t against her business.. however, if PDG is requiring you to use IA and the closing company, then basically the complaints are tied to PDG. Its like IA vacations saying that it’s the fault of the closing company.. when they have required you to use them. It doesn’t work passing blame to your “partner”.

You were quick to throw an insult that more than one of us can relate to including your fellow moderator. It's not my fault that you can't get your website running correctly. So who is deflecting now? As for the job offer comment I find that quite chauvinistic and arrogant but am not surprised. I wonder if any other women read this?
Yes, I read the job offer and as a women do not find it offensive. I too think that you would be better off using your skills in another line of work. As was stated before, anyone who can express themselves well selling this type of service would do very well selling other products, especially ones that do not fall into questionable areas.

It really sucks to be outed as a con artist when you are trying to fly below the radar, doesn't it sweetie?

I agree with one thing that you wrote: you have wasted enough time repeating yourself over and over here. No one on this forum is buying your bullshit.

                      Sure

Just remember that you can always just keep your timeshare if you don't want to pay for a company to relieve you of the headache.

The comment was for Greyman who started smearing our company because he wants "free" help. We didn't deserve the abuse in the first place and we didn't sell him the timeshare. If you can do everything yourself great, but don't hate on the companies that help people who can't. Maybe you can doctor your own wounds and fix your own car too but don't bad mouth those who help people that can't do it. Get over it.

Now that is rich. Exactly when did I ask for "free" help? When I refused to sign a power of attorney granting full rights over my timeshare to a company on the Buyer Beware List published by the Tennessee Consumer Affairs Division? When I offered to pay the closing costs directly instead of paying them to a known swindler, Stacy Gillespie?

Also, your own web site, under the "Timeshare Donation Scams" link, warns people to not pay up front fees to donate a timeshare, something that you turned around and asked me to do.

As for the "smearing" and "abuse" you didn't deserve, please go back to my original post here and point out a single assertion or statement that hasn't been proven or collaborated by other posters here.

Lady, you smeared yourself when you decided to hook up with a slimeball like Stacy Gillespie.

BTW, please consider this post as me disrespecting both you and Property Donation Group.
