So do you still have that timeshare that you wanted to get rid of?
Cute. You obviously think that my user name means that I am old. Too bad that you don't know anything about the folklore and legends of the beautiful southeast US beach resorts.
Here is a free hint.. Google "Grey Man Pawleys Island" and you will find out why I use that user name on this forum.
We finally rid ourselves of our timeshare and feel tremendous relief. I thought we would go to our grave still owning it and it would become an albatross around the necks of our children. Yes, there was a fee, but they did all they said they would do. It took a few months but we did not have to pay the timeshare charges of $800 for this upcoming year so I feel like we're already ahead.
I don't want to put down timeshares because we absolutely took advantage of our timeshare when our children were young and it was easier to trade weeks and locations. We went somewhere new every winter break. I am an educator and have limited vacations. It is impossible these days to trade during those times.

Anyway, we finally contacted Property Donations Group. Yes, there was a fee, but they did all they said they would do. The other important thing to mention is that Property Donations Group always responded to my emails, even when the closing agency was not so prompt to reply.

We are very grateful for Property Donations Group and their help in transferring the timeshare.
Member Lindaq is either a shill or the most naive person to ever find TS4Ms. If she's so relieved to be done with it, why is she now haunting the TS boards?

And paying to get her message out?

They charged you to donate ?
Shill or sucker ? (you did mention them twice and didn't even say who did the tranfer)
A little off the topic, but I decided not to give you an infraction----yet.

You half wits are calling a real client a shill. That's amusing. But it is not amusing that you treat someone new to TS4MS badly with your name calling and false accusations. We asked her to post and will ask other happy clients to post too from now and there is gonna be alot so get ready! As far as picking on what she did or didn't say, she can say whatever she feels like! Welcome to America! Many timeshares we accept for free and some can't be donated and cost some money to get rid of. I thought you knew that already? I guess you weren't paying attention. If all anyone had was you for help they would be in trouble.
P.S. You're negative comments about our company have only brought us more business and higher search engine rankings, thanks.
So it was a shill then. I'm ready- one click and they are gone !
Shill - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A shill is person who is paid to help another person or organization to sell goods or services. The shill pretends to have no association with the seller/group and gives onlookers the impression that he or she is an enthusiastic customer. The person or group that hires the shill is using crowd psychology, to encourage other onlookers or audience members (who are unaware of the set-up) to purchase said goods or services. Shills are often employed by confidence artists. The term plant is also used. The term is also used to describe a person who is paid to help a political party or other advocacy organization to gain adherents; as with the situation of selling goods or services, the shill gives the impression of being unrelated to the group in question, and gives the impression that he or she finds merit in the ideological claims of the political party.
Shilling is illegal in many circumstances and in many jurisdictions[1] because of the frequently fraudulent and damaging character of their actions. However, if a shill does not place uninformed parties at a risk of loss, but merely generates "buzz", the shill's actions may be legal. For example, a person planted in an audience to laugh and applaud when desired (see claque), or to participate in on-stage activities as a "random member of the audience", is a type of legal shill.
"Shill" can also be used pejoratively to describe a critic who appears either all-too-eager to heap glowing praise upon mediocre offerings, or who acts as an apologist for glaring flaws. In this sense, they would be an implicit "shill" for the industry at large, possibly because their income is tied to its prosperity. The origin of the term shill is uncertain; it may be an abbreviation of the Yiddish shillaber. The word originally denoted a carnival worker who pretended to be a member of the audience in an attempt to elicit interest in an attraction. Some sources trace the usage only back to 1914.[2][3]
According to the actual definition of "shill" you are absolutely wrong.
That was an actual client that we helped and paid them nothing to write that post. They were happy to write it for free as you can tell by their message. Everyone can see how you treat the consumer now. You accused a nice honest lady of basically being a liar and I am not surprised one bit.
