I'm trying to complete a Quit-Claim Deed to transfer ownership from my aunt & uncle to me, on a Paniolo Greens unit. In reviewing an example given to me, it says:
I know the apartment # and I have the TMK number but do not know or have the other info for the indented section above. I think ICN stands for Interval Control Number??? I'm also confused by the Exhibit "A" reference. Can someone help?
- "One (1) Interval Ownership(s) in The Paniolo Greens Interval Ownership Program, with an Ownership Share (undivided interest) in Apartment No. ____ having a 0.4964% common interest, in the Paniolo Greens Interval Ownership Program, and with the following reservation and use rights:
- ______ year(s) Unit within the 2-bedroom Unit type;
- FLOATING Time
- ICN:
- TMK: CPR:
- Being the property more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this referenced made a part hereof."
