I owned several timeshares and was ready to get rid of them. I have used a few different companies just to find out that it was a scam. I heard about United Title Transfers from one of the resorts I owned at, they came highly recommended. I wasted thousands of dollars trying to transfer this property out of my name. I finally contact United Title Transfer. I recieved great customer service from very friendly agents. The transfer process was quick and (compared to the other companies) very painless. United Title Transfer had the property transferred out of my name in no time. If you want any additional info on them just let me know. I very strongly recommend using them for all your timeshare needs.

I assure you it's not crap. I wasn't paid to say any of this. I read about bad experience with closing companies and as they are very helpful. I fugured someone should list something good about a company, since I had a good experience. I have been scammed before where the company takes your money then goes out of business. Your stuck with the property and they have your money. This wasn't like that at all and I just wanted to share it.

This is a group I've never heard of, so I have to admit I'm a little skeptical as well. Which resort recommended them to you?my travel website: Vacation-Times.org.

Do you remember the rep's name, or at least the department where they worked? Also, you stated that this process had also worked for several of your friends? How long did the process take?my travel website: Vacation-Times.org.

Well let me get involved now so every one knows what goes on in the back field.
What is the reason you tried to open up not one not 2 but 3 accounts today. Yes I was the one who removed the other 2.

Wyndham Title & Deeding has in the past provided closing agent recommendations to me. However, I did just have a rep there check their system for any mention of United Title Transfer and he found NOTHING!
Often, if you get the shills talking- they'll have trouble keeping their lies straight. In this case- guess we don't even have to waste the time to do that..my travel website: Vacation-Times.org.

United Title Transfers
I bought a timeshare on eBay and the seller was using United Title Transfers and I knew nothing about them before that. My purchase was on 12/18/2010 and I got a call on 1/4/2011 from the resort welcoming me as a new owner.
They are small and not all the delays of a bigger title company. I would not have a problem using them again and their fees are reasonable from what I can tell.

Another first time poster who seems to be unsure of fees. Can't these guys find any good shills ?

Since it looks like it is so easy to start a timeshare transfer company (it appears that every eBay lowlife now has one!), I think I'll do the same!
ANNOUNCING A FANTASTIC NEW OPTION FOR THE VACATION OWNERSHIP INDUSTRY!
NeverCloseATimeshare, com & StealYourTimeshareNow,com have now joined forces to become....... ImaginaryTimeshareClosings, com!
We don't actually accomplish anything, but our prices are far lower than everyone else and as of right now we don't have a single consumer complaint!
This amazing pretend transfer service is now available for just $19.!
For that great low price you receive:
1) A fax number where you can transmit anything you like.. We use an electronic fax so there is never a chance that we'll run out of paper!
2) A phone number where you can leave as many messages as you like! Unlike other fake title companies, we NEVER limit the number of times you can call and complain!
3) A very nice cover letter will be mailed to you after 30 days, explaining that we've run into a little trouble with the {INSERT RESORT NAME} transfer department, but that we are not working at all to overcome this obstacle!
4) A second cover letter will be sent 30 days after that explaining that the {INSERT COUNTY NAME} County Recording Office is experiencing delays due to staffing problems caused by the economy. We very humbly ask that you please allow at least another 30 days so that your credit card company declines your chargeback request!
5) A final cover letter explaining that the {INSERT COUNTY NAME} County Recording Office was destroyed by {INSERT RANDOM NATURAL DISASTER} and that all records were destroyed.. However, you should definately call your resort and tell that you have transferred ownership to {INSERT BUYER NAME} and that a deed will be sent to them as soon as authorities finish sorting through the wreckage.
You get these five great services- all for the incredible low fee of $19! We accept all major credit cards (big thank you to eBay's paypal here who allow anyone the ability to pretend to be legitimate enough to accept plastic!) and will also accept cash payments (although we add $1. to cash buyers so we don't have to bother to count back change!)..
For more info about this incredibly bad opportunity- please visit www.neversellyourtimeshare.com!my travel website: Vacation-Times.org.

United Title Transfers exceeds others
I bought a timeshare using United Title Transfers in early 2011. In June I realized I needed the docs in case I ever sold it. We are required to provide the rules and regulations to the new buyer. I contacted United Title Transfers and at their expense they got the docs from the resort and sent them to me.
How many timeshare transfer companies would do that?
