Does anyone know anything about "The Transfer Shop"? No address, no indication of which state they are licensed - only 1-800 number. Apparently they come around from state to state "making offers". New to this - any help out there?

Whatever you do, don't pay them anything up front to take your timeshare off your hands. Did they happen to send you a postcard?

It's remarkable to me how many first posters we get here asking a similar question. Different company names, of course.

And they will probably want you to wire them money. What is truly amazing is how many people actually allow themselves to be scammed by such obvious con artists.
