This resort has the right of first refusal (and is quite aggressive)!
Transfer Fee is $895.00 (payable to Elgin Holdings Ltd) - Contact their sales office at 1.877.522.0722 or email Sarah McLennon (administrative mgr of the Private Residence Club) at smclennon@windjammer-landing.com.
You will need to either have the sellers send them a letter of intent, or submit a copy of the executed contracts and escrow sheet. Letter must detail who will be paying the transfer fee.
The resort will prepare a new membership contract that will need to be signed and notarized by both parties.
