The transfer fee is $260. payable to Playa Linda Beach Resort. Annual fees must be current (fees at this resort are due in October of the year prior to usage). Seller must return their original share certificate and membership cards.
The resort has a simple transfer form which must be signed by both parties.
Transfer requests are normally completed within a few weeks (there can be some delays in late Oct early Nov while m. fees are being processed).
