$350. transfer fee payable to GBS Marina Fiesta. Both parties by complete and a notarized transfer form from the resort.. Also buyers must send in a copy of their drivers license.
$50. Estoppels fee must be prepaid by the seller.
Annual dues must be current (they are due in January) and any loans must be paid in full.
Everything goes to a Po Box in Miami.. The resort will not notify you if anything is missing- so be sure to check periodically by having the seller call member services..
Also, be aware that this resort has a required renovation fee every fifth year that doubles the annual m. fees for that year. Buyers can be quite surprised if they aren't aware!
