This one may be subject to change as per the resort this is the very first inquiry for a third party resale transfer.
I've never stayed at this all-inclusive resort- but according to the buyer (and resort) they provide each guess with a personal nanny/housekeeper that is available to you from 9am to 4pm each day! It certainly sounds like a great program for parents!
The transfer simply requires notarized letters of transfer and acceptance from both parties that details the sale details. (You can simply attach the notarized letters to the purchase agreement)..
Resort does have the first right of refusal and the seller's account must be current at the time of transfer..
