This property is currently managed by SPM Resorts. Estoppels can be faxed to 843-238-5001. They require a $40. transfer fee payable to SPM Resorts for each week, the new owners information, and a copy of the new deed. The deeds don't show individual weeks or units, but simply show the season and unit type conveyed.
