need a transfer company

I am going to purchase at CMV, a UDI, not in the vacation club. What is the bet way to go about making the transfer? I called resort title (Bluegreen) they charge 350 and the owner needs to start the process. is there a better way to handle this? the seller is older and doesn't want to hassle with the sale.

the owner called the bluegreen corp, I guess they will do everything for $475. His lawyer told him that was the best way to proceed.
