How do you transfer Bluegreen ownership?

I have someone interested in my Bluegreen timeshare and need to know more about how to transfer the title and need to know what else I need to do or know when tranfering the ownership.

I know there is an online transfer on the bluegreen website but is that all I need to do?

Do I need to have a bluegreen agent help me?

If you need help closing a Bluegreen Point package, I can help you with that. We can do it for $150 plus the resort transfer fee assuming you have your own contract. It's a specialty close, so if you want to use another closing company, make sure that they are authorized to do Bluegreen closings. Otherwise, you are going to over pay.

I am in the same situation as the person that started this thread and was wondering what you mean by" your own contract". I was also wondering how I can find out what the resort transfer fee is for our timeshare. We are deeded with Laurel Crest in Tenn.
