For these resorts there is a $100. transfer fee payable to Vacation Village.

Send the transfer fee, new owner information, and a copy of the new recorded deed to:

Just call resort and ask them, if they are taking back from owners then ask about procedure.

Is the transfer fee something new? I have bought two resale units at Vacation Village in Weston, the most recent about a year and a half ago, and there were no transfer fees.
