I have a timeshare in Sedona AZ and I would like to find a buyer for it. I don't know where to begin. There are so many scammers out there. Can I post on this sight and how much does it cost? I have 1 full week every year. I don't want much for it...Thank you!

After a few posts, you can create an ad in the website classifieds..

thank you for this info... The time share is paid off and we simply don't use it much anymore. I tried to sell it on different sites and all I got was spam and rude sales people wanting money up front so I gave up.

It a shame that the HOA's have gone ridiculously up.

Have you asked if the HOA will allow you to deed it back? Some resorts will take a deed back if you prepay maintenance fees.

You can also try to sell your timeshare on eBay and type in "timeshares for sale" but you may need to read how to do an auction. I don't think that it is difficult to do.

On the side of our Timeshare Forums' main page is an eBay link that will get you there too.

craigslist is also a viable free option to list your timeshare.
Iwould definitely list under the Arizona section.
