Passed ROFR. Just received closing docs. Now to see if we close in time to make reservations at BLT in late Jan. Fat chance, right?

Ya never know. I've gotten lucky with last minute ressies.
Haven't tried for BLT yet but have gotten BCV during P-week.

Congrats on passing ROFR! Depending on how quickly your sellers get their closing docs notarized and signed, it is about 3 days, plus or minus, to get the deed recorded, and then off to Disney to do the deed transfer. Of late, it has been taking ~17 days for Disney to do the transfers.
Our deed was sent to Disney on 9/12, so I can keep you posted on if/when I hear they do the deed transfer. I probably won't know until I get my membership materials in the mail though. Arg!

And you never know what might open up, esp. with some waitlisting, for late Jan. Good luck!!
