  • Transfering ownership at Eagle Crest Resort in Oregon

I have a ts that I have found a new home. I have all the original paperwork from when I bought this and was wondering if I could use these forms and just change names and dates to record the changes. It is a deeded Eagle Crest Resort in Oregon.

    Thanks
    Bill

Bill, I would check with the resort and see what they require. You may be able to transfer it by a simple quit-claim deed.

Thanks Tony. I called the resort and quit claim is fine. I called the county and they also said its fine. It looks like its easy peesy to do this ourself.
