      Florida - Orlando Area [8]
      Florida - Other [4]

They seem to be able to go to the backroom and bring more out when the shelves got low. There's even two beach ones, each for $244, for those not too picky about which beach.

In this selection of Extra Vacations from Snowbird Season, there are many for less than a typical maintenance fee:

            January 2015 [148]
            February 2015 [100]
            March 2015 [211]

We'll see if there are any Last Calls when we get closer.
Today, four Last Calls in Florida for next Saturday, January 3. $264 or $294. Orlando, Poinciana and Ormond Beach.

                  Florida - Orlando Area [4]
                  Florida - Other [2

                  Plus, there's this many:

                  Florida - Orlando Area [90]
                  Florida - Other [39]

EVs for January marked down . . . Wastegate for as low as $341, Star Island for $333, Silver Lake for $316, Poinciana for $239

It is not that there aren't large numbers escaping to Florida in January, so it is disturbing that RCI, or any vacation company, has excess inventory.

The OP never came back. I wonder how the sale of her TS is going. I had one that I generally rent but also had it listed as "make an offer" I received an offer of $12,000. I told him that the offer was way to high and the value is closer to half that but I would prefer that we do a rental first to make sure he is happy with the accommodations. So as of now I have a confirmed 2 week rental in Jamaica for the summer with the payment due at the end of the month. Fingers crossed but if it isn't legit I have a few months to find another renter/ cancel/ and or deposit.

Gosh, what would make you think it might not be legit?

BTW, I get about 1/2 dozen better offers in my inbox every day. Free money just waiting.

It's a he, BTW, and when he posted the same question on tripadvisor, no one mentioned timeshares:

                            http://www.tripadvisor.in/ShowTopic-...Vacations.html

So, as anal as it might seem, all of the ones I have posted for under $300, and even in primetime, seem to suggest that the best source for inexpensive condo vacations for ex-timeshare owners might be RCI.

Applying the Six Degrees of Separation theory, it's interesting that he has done Branson reviews and that I/we used to do a show in his hometown in our previous lives.
