Hello.

It would be helpful if you told everyone which week you own and how much the Maintenance fees are.
Is your week converted to RCI points or just straight weeks?
Is this an annual or biennial unit?

For those not familiar with this resort all the 2 bedrooms are two full 1 bedroom units with a common entry way which locks off.

I love this resort and have been several times for stay cations.
It's very close to the Sawgrass Mills outlet mall which is the largest in the nation.
Also very close to the Everglades and is located in an upscale residential community called Weston.
Nice big pool and hot tub along with a kiddie pool.
