Paid for, and maint fees are current.

First thing is to talk to Silverleaf and see if they take deed backs. They may or may not and if they do they may charge a fee. If you deal with any private outfit, ask questions about them - many are not always ethical.

Sometimes, even to give away a timeshare, you have to sweeten the pot. Sometimes that might mean paying for closing costs, or pre-paying the next year’s maintenance fees.
