Changing deed for Festiva resorts property

My wife's parents are both deceased and we were wondering what the process is to change over deed ownership. Thanks for any help you can give

Call the resort or Festiva and see if they have a transfer form you can submit to change ownership.

Do you really want the ownership? Is it paid for. I believe you don't have to take ownership if you don't want it.

The property belongs to the estate and that is where ownership can end. No one is responsible to take ownership. However the estate will be liable for any costs of ownership if no one wants it. Your financial situation and that of the estate should determine what you do with the ownership. Some resorts will take a deed back of the ownership and may charge a fee for it.
