Orange Lake (Orlando) transfer fee increase effective 11/3/08....

I've been notified by the developer that the required transfer fee was increased to $50. effective November 3, 2008. If you are involved in a current sale, check with your closing agent to ensure they are aware of this increase to avoid additional transfer delays.

The developer has now confirmed that they will honor written estoppels (showing the lower transfer fee) that close after the 3rd. Recommend your closing agent send a copy of the estoppels along with the new deed and transfer fee payment for processing.

Orange Lake's transfer fee has now been increased to $100. This change will be effective as of July 1st, 2010.

If you are involved in a current sale, check with your closing agent to ensure they are aware of this increase to avoid additional transfer delays.
