Tri-Com Management transfer fee requirement update...

Currently TriCom Management charges $110 for the transfer and the resort has instituted a $100 fee on top of that for the 'emergency fund'. The resort's fee is supposedly temporary. When they collect $100 for each unit/week in the resort (26 units times 52 weeks = 1352 fees) the fee is supposed to disappear. Well, I can say for sure there are now 1351 more $100 fees to be collected at the most.

Total = $210 as of 10/2008.

The emergency reserve assessment mentioned by philsfan is just for Aquamarine Villas, and should not be confused with the transfer fee requirement.

Tri-Com Management transfer fee requirement update...

Transfer Fee of $110. must be prepaid if you want to obtain an estoppels for the ownership.

Fee should be made payable to: TriCom Management. Forward this check along with the Estoppels Request.

Also please be aware that Aquamarine Villas has an additional $100.00 General Fund Fee besides the transfer fee. Blue Whale also has an additional $50.00 General Fund Fee.
