$25.00 non-refundable estoppels fee made payable to Wyndham Vacation Ownership.
$100.00 transfer fee made payable to Wyndham Vacation Ownership. (For some non-deeded ownerships- an additional resort transfer fee may also apply. Contact the individual resort for the ownership being transferred.)

$75.00 non-refundable estoppels fee made payable to Wyndham Property Management.
(For some resorts, an additional HOA transfer fee may also apply. Contact the HOA for the ownership being transferred. Be aware there can be several HOA's at some resort locations.)

$150.00 non-refundable transfer fee must be prepaid to obtain the transfer paperwork. Paperwork must be completed and returned within a 30 day window to be valid. If not returned within that period, another fee must be paid for a new set of transfer documents.

I have not included phone numbers or addresses as these have a tendency to change often. Since much of Wyndham's growth has been through acquisitions, many of the transfers require two processes- one required by Wyndham Vacation Ownership and another required by the individual home resort or association. Also, there can be vastly different ownership types and transfer processes within a single resort.
Because of this, Wyndham can be one of the most complicated ownerships to transfer. I STRONGLY recommend you confirm your closing agent is familiar with the specific ownership type being transferred.
