I sent all the stuff and money 10/30/08. They asked for an additional document 11/9/08. They recorded the Deed 11/17/08. I received it today.



Much better than in the past.

Of course, we have had words in the past, so maybe I have been escalated there, too.

It might also say something about how busy they are (not).

Good Service by Timeshare Closing

I also just closed a one bedroom at Mauna Loa Village by the Sea with Timeshare Closing Services, Inc. Sent my paperwork in on 9/29/08. Received my deed on 11/14/08 and have already gotten my MF bill from Wyndham.

Yes. It reads Party of the first part does grant and convey unto party of the second part . . .

Perhaps their business has suffered due to their past incompetence or maybe I'm not the only one who tells Ebay sellers that I don't bid if TSC closes.

The sellers know my position, that I won't give positive feedback, but they won't cut loose from TCS. They could just send me the Deed and I would take care of everything myself.
