For all Island One and Club Navigo resorts, the following is required to transfer title:
* A completed Transfer of Title Info Sheet (the seller requests this from Document Processing Dept.).
* A copy of the recorded conveyance document
* $125. administrative transfer fee per week payable to Island One Resorts.
Estoppels are still completed by the Financial Services Dept.

Bryan's Spanish Cove
Liki Tiki Village
Orbit One Vacation Villas

The Cove On Ormond Beach
Crescent Resort On South Beach
