Along the lines of buying a velvet Elvis for a true art lover!
I am disappointed to hear that they could turn it down.

Having hassled with a few probates, I can picture the problem a turned-down timeshare would generate.
The Estate would have to make good with the resort, an attorney would have to occupy themself with it at $200 an hour, and they would bill it as an extraordinary fee.
This discussion raises a good question though, and that is what does happen to timeshares when the decedent has no beneficiaries, or dies intestate?RCI Member Since 24-Aug-1989/150-plus Exchanges***THE TIMESHARE GRIM REAPER~~~Exchanging/Searching/SW Florida/MO/AR/IA/Consumer Advocacy/Estate Planning/Sports/Boating/Fishing/Golf/Lake-living/Retirement****Sometimes ya just gotta be a dick

Sorry I am generally a Marriott/Starwoodie/Indie kind of TS guy. Me don't know from Stephen Cloobeck.
I get the sense he is sort like that wastegate kind of guy. Distant relative of Robert Moses...
Kind of guys you love to hate!
