I have been informed of the following change in regards to closing procedures for Disney Vacation Club transactions.
Effective, May 18, 2009, DVC will begin charging a $50.00 fee for the preparation and distribution of estoppels. This fee will appear as a line item expense on the estoppel and payment can be made to: Disney Vacation Club Management Corp., C/O Contract Administration Department, 1390 Celebration Blvd, Celebration, FL 34747.
